hy,

i am going to buy a bs5 (e), to use it with a foreign preamp to switch sources and manipulate sound. the tv is a foreign product to.

now my question: how do i connect the bs5 (e) best with my existing system?

can i use the ripping module with  with bs5e as well?

should i get bs5 or bs5e?

Simplest: BS5 connect it with spdif and/or analog to the preamp. I would go for the spdif. Then the signals are send digitally to the preamp

The BS5e doesn't have a ripping module; the BS5 does
