Hi can anyone tell me if the H 7 headphones are any good for use when running in the gym as I need a new pair for this purpose thanks
I've not tried them in the gym but I have in the shop. I would doubt that the fit would be snug enough for running. I suspect the over-ear design would get rather sweaty too.
I use H3 ear buds which I find work very well. Just need to make sure you select the correct size buds for a snug fit.
I have had an operation on my ears so I can only wear over the ear headphones but thanks
They would be horrible for the gym. Absolutely horrible.
have a look into those bone conducting headphones and they don't need to touch your ears and weigh much less.

They are a large headphone - I reckon they will get very very hot and sweaty and give a trapped feeling. H8 may be better or Senheisser Momentum Mini which was very popular at my last gym along with Beats Mixr. I used to use headphone but for the last year, I've preferred to be in there moment around me, talk to people there and just enjoy the music from the gym. I really seem to have ditched the headphone environment :)
