Beocord 6500 belt change

Hi all you beophilians. I'm working on a Beocord 6500 that wouldn't play tapes. So, I opened it up, expecting to have a belt change on the go. Except that the only belt I found seemed to be in place and in good working order. Is there an another belt hidden somwhere that I've missed or am I looking in the wrong direction?

There's only one belt in this drive version.
But it wouldn't be a surprise if it is worn and slipping under load.
