Hello everybody,

I have a Beogram 4000 and recently observed that the arm drops without the record .

I always thought that this wouldn't happen.

Can anybody tell me if the 4000 reacts like the 4002 ?

Best wishes.

George.

Mine does the same - it is the detector light. It does however highlight the great design - have you noticed the cut out in the spokes of the platter so that the needle is not destroyed! Big Smile I never bothered fixing mine as I only play LPs!

Hi Peter, Thanks so much for your quick reply.

I'm still happy the way it is. Still in great condition and still sounds great.

And still love everything about it.

Best wishes.

George.
