Hi,
I have a problem with my Playmaker. I have connected my TV via line out to the line in of the Playmaker. A Beolab 7.2 is connected to the RJ45 powerlink output ("speakers"). On Saturday I had sound without any problems by choosing "Link" and "A.Mem" on Beo 4.The day after: No sound. I connected a MP3 player to the line in and even connected a Beolab 6000 to the powerlink output but nothing. There's no sound anymore and I don't know why.I made a firmware update but nothing.Any suggestions? Watching a movie with the Beolab 7.2 was a great but now short experience... :-(
I hate to ask that question, but...
...was the volumen of that MP3 player turned up to (almost) full volume?

There is a tv - and there is a BV
I can assure you: Yes, it was set to max. volume. ;-)TV line out -> Playmaker -> Beolab 7 = no soundMP3 player -> Playmaker -> Beolab 7= no soundTV line out -> Playmaker -> Beolab 6000 = no soundMP3 player -> Playmaker -> Beolab 6000 = no soundThe playmaker reacts to the ir commands of the Beo 4 and switches the Beolab on. While adjusting the volume without hearing s.th. I have that nervous feeling of getting a heart attack any moment if the system decides to blast out its tunes with 100dB while searching for the cause of the fault.
I have sound again... some how!?How can I activate "LINK" "A.Aux" with a Beo 4? I've set the Playmaker to link option. When I press "LIST" browse to "LINK" press "GO" and then again press "LINK" until "A.AUX" is shown in the Display my Beosound 3000 switches on but not the Playmaker. Is there a MUCH easier way to get this white plastic box working? If I use "LINK" and "A.MEM" on the Beo 4 the Playmaker stays on for about a few minutes and then seems to switch back to Line-In and I have sound. This is everything but not "easy" or comfortable ;-)
