Razlaw:It was a very nice event.
BeoNut since '75
Sorry for for the lack of details and my delay in responding. The event was held in a two story facility. On the first floor there was a new Audi Q7 on display with demonstrations being given of the B and O in it. Also a B and O A9 and there may have been other items on the first floor.
On the second floor there was a pair of Beolab 90s connected to to an Avant, many Beoplay products, Beolab 18s connected to a TV, another TV, a Moment connected to Beolab 20s. They were demonstrating how Philips Hue bulbs could be controlled through the Gateway, etc. I was a very large room so all of the various displays were spread out from each other. The head of Bang and Olufsen North America spoke and there were other representatives of B and O North America there. The Beosound 35 was on display and we were told we were the first people in the US to see it.
It seemed smaller than I expected and looked better in person than in pictures.
And they had a one night special, anyone who purchased a pair of Beolab 90s that evening would receive a free trip to Denmark and a VIP tour of the factory.

So how did the BL90s sound?
They sounded very good. The crowd was large enough that I did not get the opportunity to experience them sitting in the sweet spot with them set to beam mode, or whatever the term is. They played a variety of music, but I do not know specifically what it was as most of it was not music that I am familiar with.
I listened to the 90s previously and was able to sit in the sweet spot that time.
They are, obviously very powerful, and filled a large two story space with sound.
I did not taken advantage of the special promotion. For that amount of money I want to get four wheels, leather seats, and a powerful engine LOL.
