Hi every one, I have a small problem that I hope someone might have an answer too. I run an Apple Mac Pro (sw 10.6.8) and use Itunes to download music files. No problem with that, but when I look at the music files using BeoConnect only the files that have been loaded from CD are displayed and none of the files I have downloaded from Itunes are displayed. The files do dispaly on the Beosound5 and I can play them. Is this a problem with BeoConnect or something else ?
Thanks for any help or advice

I looked but had no advice since I don;t have the device
But as you have sorted/solved it, why not post the solution for the next person who has a similar issue ?

Hi
I cant see anything in my Beoconnect. I can transfer files but not see them on my MAC. How do i see and edit my music???
All i see is the the small BeoConnect square with "about, transfer, manage products and preference"
Mayby very basic, but i'm lost ;)

Hi Ken, the way I sort the files out on the Mac is to use "Finder" and look at the network connection. It can take a few moments for everything to connect and you might be asked to enter your B&O password. You need to have BeoConnect running first before using Finder.
After that you should see a folder BM-User, click on that and then select the folder "Music" all your music files should now be displayed. It will only display Album titles but they will be in order. The problem I had of not being able to "see" the downloaded files was due to them being stored in a folder called MAC just transferred them to the root folder and all is displayed.
