Hi,

have a Beocenter 6 and a Beolab 3500 connected through Masterlink (BC6 master). Yesterday I unplugged the Beolab 3500 to remove an extension cord that was unnecessary. However, since then the Masterlink is not working. I might have disturbed one of the junction boxes in the process (there are three between the Beocenter and the Beolab) but when checking them all, they seem fine.

Could it be that I have to reset the Beolab etc. Somehow?

(I have tried unplugging them from power and also the Masterlink to the Beocenter but no luck so far)

would appreciate any ideas!

An ML junction box may appear to be OK even if it's not. I have had my share of "loose" connections that are triggered by shifting the box. My first advice would be to use the ML pin tool to re-fasten all the cables in the junction box, if this doesn't work I would re-terminate the box.

Not fully clear above - when I said I checked the junction boxes I actually used the tool and pressed all wires.

Funny thing though, came back from work today, noone has been in the house since morning and now all of a sudden it works again... Very strange...

Thanks for your input.
