In the B&O catalogues for the original 8000 & 6000 systems the SCA80 cabinet was shown. At the rear of the Beocords there was an aluminium? cover to match the rear of the Beomaster 8000/6000.
Can anyone suggest an alternative? I would like to make the Beocord and Beomaster 8000 look like one continual peice of equipment.
At the moment the Beomaster (at the repair centrte again) is on a cabinet with a pair of Beocord's, one on each side of the Beomaster.

It was a pressed steel box painted black - not very high quality but it covered over the wiring! If you want it to match, you need the heat sinks from a pair of Beomaster 6000s which will be the correct size - a bit expensive for the aesthetics though!
