Hi all,
i just moved to a new a flat transported both the beosound 5 and beomaster 5 very carefully
and suddenly the pointer dont work anymore the scroll wheel and volume works fine and i can use both the stored music on beomaster radio and AUX have an external cd player connected with the remote control
can it be the cables that is the problem ?
tried to do a recovery last night that did not solve the problem

Sounds like your USB cable is not properly connected / faulty / too long.
