Hello,
I bought a BS5+BM5 with the BO Ripper device.
the former owner left some CDs on it and show the covers.
I started ripping mine and no cover, title, or songs titles are shown.
what did i miss?
somenone can help me?

Does it show a "blank" generic album cover for artwork? If you're not getting any metadata (song numbers, titles,etc) check to make sure your internet connection is solid. Sometimes I have to rescan (rip) a CD more than once to get the info. Other times the data is completely wrong. If you don't get any data when you rip and your internet is good, your CD ripper may not be able to read the TOC, in which case you're flying blind. If it works sometimes there are ways to swap out the generic album cover for the correct one (you'll need a good scanner). If you need further help you can message me.
