Hi i have a BeoCenter 9500 that are in need of some love. i was thinking of recapping this unit and wondering if somebody else has done this? Should i replace all capacitors or only the electrolytics ? I also gonna replace the lithium battery in the unit.

Is there anything else that needs to be replaced because of ageing ?

Also the doors are failing and i have fix it several times and now i need to replace the strings and the rubber belts, does somebody know where to get replacement parts for this ? And what grease should i use to lube the sliding parts?

Also if somebody knows if the doors and the middle part from BC 8000 fits the 9500, I like the matt grey doors more.

Also what mute relay would be best to use ? i have read that omron g2r-2 5vdc would work fine for this? And is there any bias/dc offset measurement/adjustment i shall do? Could not fins anything about it in the Service manual.

Also the rubber keypad for the beolink 1000 remote has broken keys, is there any spare parts for this ?

Sorry for all the questions but this is a great unit so i want to fix it so it works like new :)

Best regards.
