Hi to all

i have a AV 9000 TV which is still working well, however its been a sad day because the tv has taken a knock while being moved into another room resulting in contrast screen has smashed, i've managed to remove most of the glass but all four corner glass areas will not remove, seems to be held in place by some sort of  fixing but not sure how to remove with damage.

The other thing i wanted to ask is possible to replace contrast screen if someone maybe had a non working av 9000.

Regards

I seem to have another problem with av 9000 tv in that i can not get any sound from centre speaker, i have gone through all menus and selected mono to use tv on its own but still no sound, i've tried the built in vcr and a external freeview box but nothing, if i connect a pair of beolab's i get sound but still not form centre speaker also i have gone in to speaker balance setup and have noticed  that there is no setting for centre only stereo L & R.

I have looked at some of the older posts on this forum and lot mention about error codes but no error codes on my tv all working fine apart from what's mentioned above.

Please could someone shed some light on this problem.

Also would like to Thank Kai for his kind offer which i will take him up on.

Regards

Marc just seems your problem about centre spk, make sure the comer toon is in the correct socket, to test the speaker if you have beo4 press list till speaker appears then press 1 that should bring the sound through the centre speaker
