Hi, it's been one week that I'm intensively listening at my A1 and sometimes the volume seems quite low at 50% settings, and sometimes a lot more heavy, with better bass... The drop seems to happen when the speaker has been used with 60-70% volume for several minutes.

I precise that the speaker is always plugged on sector, so nothing to seen with battery...

Is the A1 hot when this happens?

Not hot, but normal, lukewarm. Even cold.

Ok, have you tried unplugging the a1 and testing?

Try turning up the volume with the app.

Same issue most of the times with any app like iTunes, Pandora, TuneIn.

Big issue with ZOOM video app. the volume is very low even connected with AC in the room.

thanks
