Hi

purchased these headphones recently for my iphone. The sound is nice but the cable makes a loud noise every time it is the slightest movement involved and the noise echoes in my ear. The original apple headphones does not make any noise at all, have anyone figured out a solution?

For me the cable naturally hangs to the lef, meaning there is more of the cable on the left side. Try if that helps..

I string both ends over my ears which removed the majority of the noise which was from collar rubbing

The only fix I found was to send it back for refund...
