Reading it is a strange mixture of envy (man caves, 125" screens) and "omg that is so awful" sick in the stomach feelings ...

Nice setup - I would like to attempt some a greater level of integration with my current equipment and perhaps you can help me with your experience. I plan to add a Mac mini tied to Tape2 of my Beosystem 5000. I'll hang a WD Mybook 1Tb HD off the Mac to load my music and rip my DVDs so they are available via iTunes and home share for my other iDevices.

If I'm right, I should be able to send the audio to my BS5000 and to all of the link rooms for music and send video to my AppleTVs in my other rooms by pushing through AirPlay. If I use LineIn and Airfoil, I should also be able to send any music from my BS5000 to any iDevice using AirPlay, right? I would love to extend my MCL82 links into the other rooms with AppleTV, but that would mean I would have originate it all from iTunes running on the Mac mini using the Remote app. Any pitfalls or advice anyone can offer to help me? Has anyone done this successfully?
