You can use the BeoLink 1000 or 5000 remote controls as well as the Beo4 Beo5 and Beo6 to control your BeoSystem 2500

As far as I am aware you cannot display the time on the display on a BeoSystem 2500

Hi,

as Keith wrote every B&O remote starting with Beo 1000 can be used to control the BeoCenter / Beosystem 2500. But only the Beolink 5000 and the Beolink 7000 can be used to read and set the clock on the remotes display, even timers are possible but only on hthe display of one of the two Beolink remotes

Thanks Keith,

Of course it's possible for BEO4,5 for the basics function. But to set up the time it's with BL5000.

What are the equivalent functions on BEO5 ?

And for displaying the clock, ok, I thought about that because see I saw nothing into the user manual. But the function is available on the ouverture

Sorry RaMaBo,

I saw just now your answer.

You see the time on the BL5000 or the BL7000 right?

yep :)

5000 & 7000 show the clock and allow the timer settings to be done.

In the Reference Manual is the handling shown with the Beolink 5000.
