I have a Beoremote one (first version, came with the V1) and it is making a cheap "crackling" noise when I push its buttons. A bit difficult to describe well, but it sounds a bit similar to the sound a plastic bottle makes when you squeeze it, although more muted. Not sure when it started; the remote is 1+ year old.

Anyone else has this problem? Is it normal (I do not think so)? Did you return it and was it solved?

Thanks!

Peter

I think I had that problem. I swapped with my dealer, but he called me a day later and said it was easy to fix. Think he just pulled out the black part and put it back gain.
