DMacri:I know the MCL 2, xtra, AV, and so on will not work on older MCL systems like the BS5000, but can the MCL82 relay boxes work, even in a limited fashion, on the newer BS6500? If so, what are the limitations? *1 Beomaster 3300 does not feed an answer back to the MCL which means that the stand-by indicator does not work. Furthermore the loudspeaker relay is not disconnected at stand-by, which means that when the audio system is activated again, it will start playing in the very rooms where it was turned off. The loudspeakers in the central room will always be cut in.*2 In addition to the number of MCL 30 units necessary for the installation one MCl Beolab kit type 1006/1007 is required.*3 All MCL 82 units must be modified and an MCL Beolab kit type 1006/1007 is required for each installation.
