We need speakers for B&O Beocenter 7000(vintage, 1980's). Are they available? Or, is there an adaptor that will enable us to use RAC jacks (terminals)?

The Beoworld page on the Beocentre 7000 references the S45s ... the S45 page list companion speakers

You could search eBay for any of those vintage speakers or as you say, look for a cable that connects the Beocentre to a more recent (even B&O!) passive speaker which case I recommend you consult one of Beoworld's sponsors, Steve at Sounds Heavenly (his link is usual at the forum pages). The following link is from his site and is positioned at the type of connects I think you may need

No need to use non-standard speaker connections, the DIN-standard plugs were invented a long time ago.The plugs are available separately, both as screw mount and solder.Adapters for non-standard connections are also available.
But B&O made some excellent cables, that will fit both the Beocenter and the Beovox speakers, which in the case of the S45 mentioned abovehas countersunk male DIN sockets at the back. Clever and easy.Beovox S45 (type 6302 or 6312) would be a good choice though the Beocenter will easily drive larger speakers, such as Beovox S120 etc.
