Is there a difference in range between the Beocom 6000 MK1 base (integrated in the pyramid charger) and the Beoline PSTN MK1 base?

If it's the same electronics inside then I would expect the PSTN base to be slightly better as it does not have a metal case (which could partially screen the signal).
