Dear,

I just see the beocenter 2 documentation indicating that via Masterlink to beocenter 2, we can play different source in different room at the same time. I want to check with the beocenter 2 users, is this true?

It will be like, at the same time, I can play CD in the living room, and with masterlink, my brother can play radio in the bedroom. Can anybody check this functionality?

Many thanks!

Daniel

This was a feature of the BC2 and the BS4 - though hardly ever spoken about or used.

yes it works with BC 2 and BS4 but you can´t play ztwo different sources in two beolink rooms. you can only play one source in the main room and the other one in the link room. and for this, the speakers musst be connected directly to the bc2 or bs 4

The BC2 & BS4 had the ability to play two sources at the same time.

This required active speakers to be connected in the main room and Masterlink cable to one or more other rooms. One source via PL and a different source via ML. Note that this only applied to main room and link system. You couldn't have two different sources in two link rooms.

I can confirm it too. You can listen to e.g. CD in the main room and Radio in a link room with it.
