Bv7 40 hdmi ports

Gents,

            Can you advise if it is possible to use all ( 4) hdmi ports on the rear. There are 2 which have leads from the bv7 ... assume one is DVD the other the free view module. 

I don't use freeview, and after testing the blu ray player with a br disc..( the picture quality is very bad, grainy) I guess the player is knackerd.

so can I use these hdmi ports to add a different br player i.e. Samsung bd7500 .

Beovision 7 40 mk 5 ,beovision 6x3,   beosound 3000, beogram 3300 , 2 x lc2, 2 x beocom 1401, beocom 6000 x 2,  5 x beo4, 

, 4 x beolab 4's, form 2, h2, a2,a1 and a beolab 2 😀😀

Hello there

If I remember correctly from my 7-40 days you can in later versions of the software disable internal DVD and TV giving you the two HDMI ports extra.

When I had my 7-40 I disabled TV which was using the free view module and assigned the HDMI port to an Apple TV or PS3.
