I have. 6 month old new A9 mk2 speaker that will not now connect to my wifi .....
worked perfect every day and was able to connect through the beo music app
now app keeps saying "searching for product " even though blue search attire light is flashing
Bluetooth connection on but sound quality through this is impaired
i reset set inside and namer flashing light is still flashing 3 days later and not gone green ...?

It might be that you need to connect to BeoPlay A9 "own" wifi during the initial pairing. I have encountered that in the past during the reset
