Wd nas with twonky media

I have set up a beosound 5 and I noticed I could change from internal to music stored on my wd nas drive I selected twonky media on beosound 5 but now all I have is the b & o logo with pause on it any idea why it's doing that, I do have a mac but all the music is stored on the nas

That's kind of bizarre ... I have the same set up at home and not a single problem with it!  Maybe try rebooting the BS5?
