Flooring in most rooms will be done towards the end of the build...

There are still quite a few rooms left to do...

We’re making do with what we have for Christmas and the new year... 👍🏻💯

We don’t like pets in the house if that’s what you were hinting at?...

Years back I had two Great Danes (and a Labrador) in a home much, much smaller than Kiran’s. It worked out - my B&O gear emerged unscathed. Totally do-able, Kiran 😀

I keep banging on B&O’s door for them to create drivers for the Heatmiser Neohub. I use these thermostats for electric underfloor heating all over the annex and the upstairs/loft in the main house. This is the only segment in my house which can’t be controlled by the BLGW at the moment...

Any news about the Heatmiser drivers so it's fully integrates with the BLGW?

Hi Normann

No, there is no news for this driver.

I am now a qualified programmer for Lutron. The Palladiom Thermostat talks to Heatmiser very well. Lutron do this for the electric underfloor heating.

I am doing the programming for my whole house under Lutron HomeWorks QS.

I may not even need Lutron’s thermostat because I can program wall keypad buttons to send triggers from the HVAC controller to the Heatmiser Neohub. I already have Heatmiser thermostats in a lot of areas.

No point in mix-matching now...

Progress...

Lutron all up and running and programmed in the annex alongside the BLGW...

I now have full control of lighting, audio and video through the Lutron wall keypads, in-wall iPads and iPhones with BeoLink2 app and HomeControl on BeoVisions...

Having a few problems activating the Lutron Connect Bridge for Alexa and HomeKit...

The person sleeping in here didn’t like it so we ripped it out...

I need to rewire this room and add a ceiling projector with a motorised recessed screen...
