Beolab 1 Fault, Red power led turns green on switch on, & turns back to red in 3 seconds

Hi, Thanks for looking, One Beolab 1 speaker turns green on power up & returns to red in 3 seconds, the other speaker powers up & plays, I have swapped the cables & then the channels so looks like fault within the speaker (gulp) . .  . Any suggestions gratefully received . . . Regards !

Sounds like the protection steps in.

Several culprits can cause this. Faulty driver(s), NTC, amplifier etc.

If swapping the cables doesn't help, the BL1 needs a repaircentre. (or me ;-) )
