I am considering getting a second hand Beovision with 3D. Which TVs supported 3D? Does a BV7-40 MKIII support 3D? Any recommendations?

The screen needed to support 200hz to be able to split the signal into left eye/ blank / right eye/ blank for the active signal to process. This was only available on the MK VI 7/40 and MKII 7/55. I can't recall selling many optional glasses. It used to tire my eyes when watching, never really got it!

I had the mk6 and now the 755 mk2 3d

forget the 3d on the 740, the size of the tv is not big enough and the effect is not really good at all.

on the 755 it worth to have it.

Is 3D still alive?

Read that most manufacturers might not continue to implement it on newer TVs...
