I never see these come up for sale: 901, 2000, 3000. Can they still be repaired and how do they compare to the Beocenter 9000? Such gorgeous aesthetics.
you have not been looking hard enough they come up regularly

(not saying that is a good one) many sellers send faulty stuff unfortunately if you want a good one with warranty it will cost about £350
yes they can be repaired
Thanks for letting me know. I will keep an eye out. It's good to know that they can be fixed; I guess the parts are still available?
Yes, most of the parts are still available its just standard components resistors capacitors trimmers etc.
Some of the bits are custom and are not available but there are plenty of donor units around and when repairing these you rarely need anything other than normal components, but I have bought a lot of Beomasters on eBay and most of them have had some faults even when sold as perfect working order, if you don't know how to fix them don't get a cheap one get one that has a warranty, or you will probably just be wasting time and money, eBay returns can be very annoying wasting loads of time, worst one I have ever had probably wasted about 6 hours in total with all the BS
