Beosound 1 breakdown

Suddenly the volume wheel stopped working and the white light on top are not glowing.

The BS1 otherwise works as it should.

Swiping to change channel and tapping to change source works.

I have done a factory reset and still the same problem.

Will take it back to the dealer.... Sad

I disconnected the BS1 from mains, and played until the battery ran out fully. When I plugged it into mains again, it worked as it should again.

Volume wheel okay and the white lamp was on again.Smile

I had the same issue. It was resolved by turning it off an on again using the power button on the bottom.
