Hello, I am new to this forum and I recently got a beogram 5000 repaired, it was the final component of my 5000 system I needed and I bought a NOS mmc 4 cartridge for the unit and it is not performing to what it seems should be the expectations.  I am new to these systems and I know they are excellent but I keep getting some pretty funky things happening with the beogram. For starters, the needle sounds like its dragging on the record when it reads a record.  The record often skips when playing as well which happens on perfectly new unscratched records so it is very annoying.  The final issue is that sometimes when its playing a record, the sound varies and fades out as if the connection is going in and out.  I had the unit serviced through a bang and olufsen store and it cost quite a lot of money.  I know I should just bring it back to the store but its a pain to remove the turntable and disconnect the unit and it seems like these problems are more adjustments then functionality problems.  Thank you in advance for any help anyone could provide me.
