This looked interesting enough, I thought.
Not the "usual" 900RG, this has slightly different speaker grills, joints on the top left and right ends, and the top cover has two parts. The smaller front part reveals a "Beomaster 1200" (slightly different-looking BM900?) and a black blanking plate with a B&O logo (or is it a storage drawer lid?). Behind the bigger compartment is a Beogram (the slightly older looking finish) and a space for a Beocord.
Didn't know there were more variations of those radiograms, anyway very nice looking thing. Hopefully somebody will give it a new home. Surely the price shouldn't be an issue
There was a Beomaster 900RG Deluxe, a Beomaster 900RG Compact and a Beomaster 1200RG.(RG for Radio Gramophone).
All had the Beomaster 900 chassis (despite the Beomaster 1200 indication).

I'm the somebody who decided to give it a new home (admittedly after a couple of beers)! I've always loved the look of the B&O radiograms, and the seller is only down the road from my house so I thought why not? Not sure I need another project at the mo, but I'll fix it up at some point. I'm planning on using it in my 'office' (read glorified shed) eventually. In the meantime it will make a fun display piece.

I'm sure that you will enjoy using your lovely old radiogram.
I posted here recently about a Beomaster 1200 RG,that I came across.
I had to resist buying it myself as I am very short of space, but as far as I know it too is needing a new home.

Nick
