Hi,

 

Had once or twice in the past a problem with the jukbox but after resetting it was fine.

This time it is completely dead .

Is there anything I can do, any special resetting system, before a B&O dealer gets his hands on my money ?

Money, surely this is under warranty, unless your network infrastructure is not up to scratch.

Hello

Moment had three years warranty.

It’s not been out three years.

I was an early adopter and mine has gone back to be sorted

Speak to any dealer with the serial number it’s the device that’s covered not the person.
