Beosound 35 - Firmware 1.14

Hi, 

 

since the update to firmware 1.15 I have a few problems with my Beosound 35 devices. When I start up the BS 35, I hear a crackling sound and sometimes the WLAN Connection is lost. 

Is there a possibility to download the 1.14 version of the software. With this version I never had these problems.

I never encountered this behavior (whatever the firmware), at worst mine has sound dropouts sometimes...

(the automatic update is activated)

Have you checked the cables?

Did you reboot it (Unplugged from the main)? It’s compulsory after an update...

If you contact your dealer they can request product support release a software roll back for your serial number. This hasn't been done globally as not all speakers are effected. The regression of software will loose a few new features but should make wireless connection more stable.
