While on the station you wish to delete, press SOUND-0-STORE, this will clear the current station.

Forget that :)
it is STORE-0-STORE on a beolink 1000 :)
Or you can do it on the Beomaster under PROGRAMMING, then it is also STORE-0-STORE.
