I recently picked up a pair of Beolab 20 and Denon x4300h. I got the RJ45 to twin Phono from Steve. I am trying to connect the speakers to the receiver and just realized there is only one set of preouts for Front. Did I get the wrong cable? Is it ok if I still use the same twin phono cable but only connect one for each speaker leaving the other phono hanging?
thanks.
You can loop from the first speaker to the second with a cat6 (or higher) to the next speaker. Use the second PowerLink connection on the first speaker.
I connected the speakers via a cat 6 cable and used the second Powerlink connection to connect the RJ-45 to twin phono from the first speaker to the receiver. I then tried streaming music to my receiver via bluetooth but cannot get the speakers to power on despite adjusting the volume on the receiver.
Currently, nothing is connected to my receiver except my TV via ARC.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
You just have to use a normal phone cable.
Works like a charm.
Though buy some good ones, or you will face noice on the speakers.

Hi lightsyde,
Please use RCA to RCA cables when connecting these speakers to the pre-out sockets of a non-B&O receiver:-

Please post the RJ45 to RCA cable back in good condition and I will be pleased to refund this.
Kind regards, Steve.

Hi Steve,
I'll go ahead and order the new cables and will send back the RJ45 to RCA cable.
Thank you for your help.
