Beoremote one and BV Eclipse

A question for those who use a BR1 with a BV eclipse. As i face some disfunctionality of the remote i wonder if this is due to the remote. Or maybe caused by sw of the eclipse (or remote).

Example. I cannot use Mybutton function for use with a BV eclipse? Also i am not able the replace list functions. Any suggestions?

Maybe my remote version is not compatible with eclipse. See picture

Same here, was told they haven’t integrated it yet and will come some day. In december i was told late january/early feb, but who knows with b&o nowadays

Can anyone with an Eclipse confirm that the four My Button shortcuts now work?

Yes they do, was implemented a couple months back. I got a my buttons keypad like yours to replace my Netflix one.
