Hi Beoworld.

Over the weekend I've been working on a small project. The plan was to convert the stand of the Beovision 6 into something that can hold my current TV.

Some images of my progress here:

I think the result turned out great, and I hope you find some enjoyment in the progress.

I the meantime I would REALLY like to make a small device (arduino/raspberry pi) that can turn the stand.I've found a wiring diagram online. https://imgur.com/sSHqoLI where I can see the 5 pins and what they do.

But I'm really green in this area so I would like to have some pointers on what should be my next step. Which signals controls what etc.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Rasmus,

Do you have the electronic schematic for the motor stand ? From what I can gather, it needs to be supplied with 14V DC and the rotation controls are "inverted" (GND = move, + = stop), but I don't know if it's 5V logic. It's also impossible to tell how the position is sent to the main unit and what the protocol is. The schematic could help in finding those informations.
