off topic: defrauded by the royal mail and there illegal business practices ?

I posted B&O cartridge to someone worth approximately £200

1st signed for

And it never arrived after contacting the royal mail filling in all their forms etc giving proof of value they refuse to pay anything and just keep saying that is not proof of value and will not tell me what will classify as proof of value

it was insured to £50 and that is all I am asking for

seriously considering taking them to court they have wasted more than £50 of my time with there nonsense it is a point of principal,

 

have any of you also been accosted by there criminal practices ?

If you only had it insured for £50, then it's not really worth the hassle of taking them to the small claims court.

Had similar problem with the Royal Mail , sent a garmin time keeping/ fitness watch....sent 1st class signed for.

They got a signature of someone...not the person it was intended for and said there is nothing they could do

Had to refund original buyer....

After that wouldn't use them again...
