Hi,
is the BLGW usable WITHOUT special apps or Apple devices?Does the webinterface offer a comfortable / easy graphical interface if you use it with a standard web browser from different devices (PC, Tablet, Smartphone)?Could anybody be so kind to provide a screenshot how the configured interface looks like in all day use when you want to control your B&O stuff, lights etc.?I guess Beo 4 control is still achieved through communication with the compatible B&O devices (e.g. TVs)?

It does not. The Web panel looks to be designed to check the scenes and BLGW commands only. There are no way to natively control the B&O devices if you did not create the web buttons for that.
Here the screenshot of my setup:
The same setup form BeoLink
You may see that the PC screen is mostly for engineering and test. It does make sense to invest in simplest iPad 4 rather than suffer from such an interface.
The commands from Beo4 are still naturally supported, since they are transferred to ML commands, however I have faced the case, when simple pressing the TV by Beo4 cannot easily fire the macro (to close the shades and dim the lights) - Beo4 commands are not in use as macro trigger except LIGHT and COMMAND commands. I have to create the virtual button in the BeoLink app (read BLGW) and assign the TV, Light and shade commands to that virtual button to make this scenario work. Maybe it is a lack of BLGW programming experience.

Thank you for the info. Judging by Alekseis Screenshots the webinterface looks simpler but seems to offer the same functionality. So I can control lights and shades via the webinterface if I access it from ANY browser!? That's what I want. Did I understand correctly that you can program source buttons for native B&O component control into the webinterface, too? Although it has to be done manually?Aleksei, your website seems to provide great and deep knowledge about B&O integration! Maybe there's hope that you'll provide it in english, too?
Please note that you will have to scroll a lot within the browser if you will create many buttons. In my case it is more than 2 screens.
That is correct. You can create the virtual button and assign the action, say TV ON to that, actually (almost) any of the IR command, available from Beo4 (i had the issue to find V.AUX and had to use DTV2 instead). The beauty of this button is that you can assign several actions from pressing one button.
Thank you for the kind words. The primary idea of site was to introduce B&O to Russian-speaking public, who is not always fluent in English. However I understand, that some of the topics may be useful in English too. I have couple of posts in English, which were targeted for BeoWorld. I think I can translate specific topic if someone will ask, however current translation engines should do the work pretty good :)
Scrolling wouldn't be a problem as long as every programmend button, function, zone etc. is available on the webinterface via browser. That sounds good! You're welcome! I always appreciate people with so much knowledge and enthusiasm.
