Hello,
I have a BEOVISION 7 with a pin code, we dont remember the original pin, but B&O gave the mastercode
In the manual IT says tot gold the rewind button for at least 3 seconds and then you should be able to put in the mastercode.
The button is working. Anyone have An idea what tot do?
2 days without tv now and is Sunday's do Can't contact B&O

PS i use a beolink 1000 remote. All the buttons are working because when i enter the pin the rewind button does respond

There are 4 buttons with arrows grouped in the middle . Have you tried holding the "down" ▼ instead of << button?

Have you had the TV working before with the Beolink 1000? This remote was not made to use with your TV so that is what may be causing the problem.
Yes IT was working. And the rewind button Give response too when i enter a pin and then press rewind is goes back one digit
Been to bang and Olufsen centre and i bought a BEO4 remote... Stil no maatercode menu unbelieveable
The new remote properly needs to be the version with the navigation key...
Otherwise you are properly forever stuck!
