Where can I get my hands on one?

I think your best bet will be to repair the current one or locate an appropriate pulley wheel. You could ask Dillen if he has any but I bet he hasn't scrapped many of these decks in his working life!

If you do repair it has to be perpendicular to the shaft otherwise noise is likely to transfer to the arm!

I had the same problem.

I used one from a 4002, but you could also use a legotechnic or meccano wheel.

See what I did here.

Martin (aka Dillen)  once had the project of replicating those, but I'm not sure he has... ask him and tell us!

To complicate matters, there are at least two sizes - the mounting hole varies in diameter! Mend the old one!
