Well I guess it might help with some more info! What model TV and how are you describing the fault exactly? A bright white spot, flash, blur, halo, mark... what? When the screen is on? At startup? After a while (how long?) or switched off? Impossible to diagnose or suggest without proper information. Age and usage would be helpful too. Plasma, LED, LCD, Tube? Simon...

B&O products are V1-32, BS2, H95, E8 and an Essence remote.
11-46 now replaced with Sony A90J 65”, Sony HT-A9, Sony UBP-X800M2 and Sony SRS-NS7.

I had something similar with my 7-55. There was an intermittent fault with the dimming part of the panel. Came and went.

Beosound Stage, Beovision 8-40, Beolit 20, Beosound Explore.

It needed some time alone perchance?

Try the follow link, which is usually used to try and fix dead pixels. You never know, it might wake your panel up a bit and have a positive effect for you anyway. Worth a try. Otherwise you could try taking off various dimming features in the menu settings and see if that makes any difference. If these don't work then you might end up having a chat with your dealer about any other possible solutions. Best of luck, Simon.
