Problem with a Beocenter terminal (remote control) for 7007/7700

The green LED on top works, contrariwise to the IR (infrared) LEDs... (tested with the camera on my smartphone... no lights)...

So, 2 questions, why are there  3 IR leds, why only one is not sufficient?

And if these LEDS are defective with which IR LED they could be replaced nowadays?

Also, i have tested these LEDS with the diode tester on my multimeter and the voltage is 1.25 for each IR LED? Is It normal?

Find below the schema maybe it could help you to answer my questions? The IR LEDs are at the bottom of the schema (D2,D3,D4)
