Hi folks, I live in Berkshire and am looking for someone in the U.K. to fix my BeoLink 7000 and BeoLink 5000, both of which now say NO CONTACT.

I know that the issue is with the remotes because the Beomaster 7000 communicates happily in 2-way mode with my MCP6500.

If you are in the U.K. and have experience repairing/recapping these remotes, or replacing the battery in the BL7000, please let me know.

No B&O technicians in the UK willing to take on this repair job?

Have done several BL7000. Some of them even changed the backlight.

You’re welcome.

Hi Beobuddy,

Couldn’t find the PM button, so went to your profile and sent you an email.

Please let me know whether you received it.

Thank you 😊
