Hi,

I am new to B&O as a owner, although my parents always had B&O devices.
Recently I have purchased from an hotel, a BeoVision 7 Model 9184 with 2 HDMI ports.

The HDMI works ok with some external drives that can stream divx, but using the same cable (HDMI) on Apple TV 3.

So far I have try:

1. Changing resolution on Apple TV video settings (720p, 1080, Auto, and all the others)

2. Using a different cable.

3. Trying a different HDMI port on Beovision

4. Called the B&O support, to ask if this was a normal thing. Or if a software update was needed.

Can anyone help?

Many thanks

 Mauro

Did you try this:

Select the resolution to a lower frequency refrsh. Eg if it is at 1080i 60hz put it back to 1080i 50hz from audio video settings in apple TV.

I am sure it is a setting issue.

720p 50 Hz is what I would try first.
