Hi

I recently acquired a Beomaster 5500 which is having both sound issues and remote issues.  I managed to get it up running for a while, but eventually the music cuts out.  I've got it going powering it off and on several times.  I've also given the mute button a try several times too.  I'm guessing it needs a new mute relay.  

Any suggestions on how to improve/repair the remote function?  I need to have the remote virtually in front of the remote window on the Beomaster before it will respond.  It eventually responds with the MCP and Beolink 1000.

I'm thinking about getting it repaired.  Any other components worth replacing while its in being fixed?
