Hi everyone,
I have recenlty bought a Beolab 3500 soundbar in order to usei it as a standalone active speaker. Unfortunately after I turned it on there was a ticking noise as from a quartz watch from the left speaker. The sound remained there after I connected it with the music source - hearable when the music volume is low. Suspecting that this could be the switching noise from the power supply I have tried to find the shematics in order to check the PS and eventually replace the fault component there but the only schematitcs I have found was for mk2 which is different from mk1.
Unfrtunately I am in Sofia, Bulgaria where I do not have a proper service shop around.
Will you please help me finding that schematics ?

Hi Ignat,
The LCS9000 is the same as the BL3500. The diagrams are (mostly) the same.
When you are willing to become a silver or gold member, then you can get the service manual from this site.
Be sure the the ticking noise doesn't come from a cracked surround from the driver itself. A ticking noise from the PSU isn't likely the culprit.
Hey Beobuddy, sorry for late reaction /I was out for some time/. Thanks for your reply but I will need a real sevice manual - not the popular one for customers. Therefore will be thankfull if there is a chance to get it.
The exactt model is Beolab 3500 MCMXCIII serial 17222638 item 1160211.
May be I have to buy and change the processor ??

On this site there is a real service manual, the LCS9000 is the predecessor of the BL3500. I'm sure that it will be sufficient.
