Hi,

I recently purchased a pair of Beoplay H4 headphones. These are totally fine with my phone, but I have issues when connecting to my Windows machine using a Bluetooth dongle.
After pairing the headphones, I get the following options in Control Panel>Sound:

Playback tab

Recording tab
The sound through the Beoplay H4 Stereo device (second option in Playback tab) is perfect, but this does not allow me to use the microphone. If I want to use the microphone for a Skype call or other, then I need to change the device to the Beoplay H4 Hands-Free (first option in Playback tab or Recording tab).
The problem I have is that the sound quality of this device is terrible. As you can see from the properties:

Compare these to the properties of the Beoplay H4 Stereo properties:

What can I do to resolve this problem? I'd like to use the microphone at an acceptable quality.
I've tried to use the Software Updater but this doesn't have an option for H4.
Thanks!
