If anyone's interested i just added a lot of my own custom B&O 3D prints to my website. They are free to use.

You can find and download them right here: https://leicht.io/projects/3d-models/

Let me take this opportunity to express my appr citation and respect for what you’re doing. Helping people with parts tor classic B&O that have been unavailable for many years must truly be a labor of love for you, and a great benefit to B&O lovers. Thank you for your efforts!

As I said on FB a little while ago - great work! It's amazing to see what you can cleverly reverse engineer with just a set of calipers and a few gauges.

I 3DP as much as I can for my hobbies (B&O included) but it is difficult when you don't own a printer yourself Stick out tongue Usually I go to Shapeways to get my parts made. Its the only way I can get a reasonable deal on sintered parts.

Great. I did try BC9000 CD holder years ago, but then 3D printers (what I could reach) did could not do good enough. Maybe I should try again if there is improvement happend.

I'm not sure exactly what part you are referring to, but if you need more detail (higher precision) and better durability, SLA might be a good option for this. Shapeways also has this service available. Or find someone with a Form1/Form2 from Formlabs.

I received an abused BG3300 for repair/overhaul.

Plastic part was broken where the tonearm is adjusted when it floats accros the record or rests when in standby.

Solved by designing a small part and printed with a 0,25mm nozzle.

The journey between designing and finally usiing the printed part can be very satisfying.

When the gearwheel from the BG4000 is broken, just print another one.

I've just get a Beolit 707 slider 3d printed by my nephew.
The model seems to be accurate and it works but we still need to wok on aesthetically aspects and print quality! Big Smile

I've attached the model to this post.

That’s nice! But would it be even better to have a section on Beoworld where STL files can be up- and downloaded?

If you have Windows 10, you already have a basic CAD system called "3D Builder".

Seems like it could handle building a pulley or odd bracket. Could work if you are in a pinch!

i work with windows 7 Surprise

here are two Photos from the part I need:

length over all : 23,3mm

hight over all:9,5mm

thickness 2mm

rectangle :  length 10mm  hight 4,8 mm , in the middle of the rectangle bottom is a groove, deep 3mm x 0,5mm

Is it possible to print such a part with 3D printers?

Easy to design.

I use (and still learning) Fusion360. It can be used for free for students and small business.

Fusion360 takes time to learn. It’s from Autodesk and they supply software for professional use.

The final question will be which filament to use. Standard PLA will not be sufficient as it breaks easily.

it looks like 3d printing is a science in itself.

because i work with windows 7 on my pc i do´nt have 3d builder, so I try the free CAD Program : FreeCAD to design .

Confusing, terrible !!

I do`nt understand anything.

I will try  fusion 360 maybe it is not so hard to learn.

+1 for Fusion. I have been using it for about 2 years now. Highly recommend, even if you have to pay for it. Sure beats a Solidworks license at 7-9k / seat.

As for filaments that need to be a little flexible, try PETG. Easily printed (no delamination and always reliably sticks to heated build plates) and has great mechanical properties. Not too stiff like PLA, not too flexible like Nylon, right in between.

Here's a project I almost forgot about - a wall bracket for BV RL60.2

Never used them myself, they were printed for a friend of mine who I cleaned up a set of RL60.2's for. I did perform a test fit of the bracket and it snapped in perfectly!

Thanks everyone. It's quite adequate making these parts at home.

Wilfied, i'll take a look at your part tomorrow!

I just finished the sled pulley for the Beogram 4002 i am working on right now. It will be available on my website tomorrow or monday.

Nice weekend everyone :)

I already have 3 "patients" with exactly the same problem !!

Even one is hopeless because another tricky leader pin has broken off! see my post:

https://archivedforum2.beoworld.org/forums/t/34584.aspx

Can you please provide these parts to the Beoworld Community?

I am certainly not the only one beside you who has this problem with the tonearm.

thanks a lot and best regards

Just finished an updated version of the tonearm handle for the Beogram 1000 after i learned to use Fusion360.

This one is nearer the original with the rippled surface. After some small adjustments it will be available for download and sale via my website.

After several attemps, prototypes, this one comes out as the best. Smooth sliding, original dimensions. Only the small parts at the bottom are made a bit thicker . So, it should better handle the force when sliding.

All are printed (again) with the 0.25 nozzle to give it the most precise corners etc.

You're doing such good jobs with these 3D spare parts!

Is it possible to make the A9 keychain remote plastic covers in 3D, too?
On a regular basis (every few months) my keys seem to have that masochistic desire to touch concrete floor and everytime my beloved A9 remotes got hit badly. The thin plastic cover breaks exactly in the area of the small screw and can't be fixed.

Rainy afternoon, so started prototyping for the CD5500-7000 cd-players rubber holders.
From left to right, the original rubber version, CPE printed version and then the white TPU98 rubber version.

Let's hope this will work.

hello Christian, have you ever had a short look at the cursor part for the Beomaster1200 / 1001?

It can be seen on this exploded view of the sliding cursor (Pos 43).

The small wheels (Pos 42) are also no longer available as spare parts, they should be made of hard material.

Finding these spare parts is almost as difficult as finding a gold nuggetSmile

it would be great if you could make the parts with the 3D printer for a little money,
Martin (Dillen in this forum) once extrapolated what a complete new cursor would cost if it were newly manufactured, approx. 100 € / piece !
